15 stocks including Infosys, GAIL, Lupin, SRF to be in focus on Wednesday

Infosys Ltd and Harness, the AI Software Delivery PlatformTM company, have announced a strategic collaboration to accelerate agentic AI-led software delivery transformation for enterprises globally. This collaboration aligns the combined capabilities of Infosys Topaz Fabric and Infosys Cobalt with the Harness Software Delivery Platform to drive improvements in productivity, software engineering, AI governance, and time-to-market at scale. Infosys Topaz Fabric is a purpose-built agentic services suite – a multi-layer AI fabric that unifies infrastructure, models, data, applications, and workflows into a composable, agent-ready ecosystem.

GAIL (India) Ltd, a Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking, has entered into a long-term charter party agreement with Alpha Gas, a leading Greek shipping major, for the LNG carrier “Energy Fidelity.” The charter party agreement was executed between GAIL and Pantheon Maritime Services Private Limited, a Singapore-based affiliate of Alpha Gas.

Aurobindo Pharma has announced that it has received final approval is received from the US Food & Drug Administration (USFDA) to manufacture and market Dapagliflozin and Metformin Hydrochloride Extended-Release Tablets, 5 mg/ 500 mg, 5 mg/1000 mg, 10 mg/500 mg, and 10 mg/1000 mg, which is bioequivalent and therapeutically equivalent to the reference listed drug (RLD), Xigduo XR Tablets, 5 mg/500 mg, 5 mg/1000 mg, 10 mg/500 mg, and 10 mg/1000 mg, of AstraZeneca AB. These products will be manufactured at Unit-IV of APL Healthcare Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and will be launched immediately. Similarly, Lupin has received US FDA approval for its Abbreviated New Drug Application for Dapagliflozin Tablets, 5 mg and 10 mg.

Sobek Auto India Private Limited (OLX India), a wholly owned subsidiary of CarTrade Tech, has announced the appointment of Varun Sanghi as Non-Executive Chairman. Sanghi has been associated with CarTrade Tech for over a decade and currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer, where he has been instrumental in shaping the Company’s strategic direction and driving key growth initiatives across the group.

Birla Estates, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aditya Birla Real Estate Ltd, has achieved bookings exceeding Rs. 1,600 crore for its luxury project, Birla Arika Phase 2 in Sector 31, Gurugram. Nearly 97% of the residences-152 of 156 units-were sold within a month of launch, underlining strong buyer confidence in the brand’s luxury developments in Gurugram.

SRF Ltd informed the exchanges that the Income Tax Department demanded Rs 327.44 crore for the Assessment Year 2022-23, attributing the demand to a technical error by the tax authorities. The company has filed both a rectification application and an ITAT appeal, with management expecting a complete reversal of the demand. The order made additions to taxable income aggregating to Rs 30.54 crore, but a technical error resulted in an inflated demand of Rs 327.44 crore.



Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions has commissioned its 185 MW hybrid renewable energy project at Kalavad, Gujarat. The project supports the company’s rapidly expanding clean energy portfolio in the state. Comprising integrated solar and wind capacity, the project has been developed over approximately 12 months and supplies green energy to 17 distinct corporate customers. Kalavad adds to the company’s hybrid build-out in Gujarat, improving its ability to deliver more consistent renewable supply for round-the-clock industrial demand. This takes the total operational capacity in the state of Gujarat currently to around 844 MW as of March 31, 2026.

Manbro Industries Ltd has completed a strategic acquisition of a 99.84 per cent equity stake in KD Infrastructures Private Limited to expand its business operations in the field of fabricated steel infrastructure solutions. KD Infrastructure is in the process of setting up a specialised steel fabrication facility with an annual capacity of 25,000 MT, offering comprehensive turnkey fabrication and infrastructure solutions across key sectors, including construction, energy, utilities, transportation, and urban development.

RDB Infrastructure and Power Limited (Formerly known as RDB Realty & Infrastructure Limited), in consortium with Samvik Power Private Limited, has received an order worth Rs 36.90 lakh from Nava Raipur Atal Nagar Vikas Pradhikaran for allotment of Industrial Plot for development of Solar Cell Manufacturing / Processing and allied Industry at Layer-II, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

Swan Defence and Heavy Industries Ltd (formerly known as Reliance Naval and Engineering Ltd) has received a new order (Category 4 – Rs 1,501 to Ra 3,000 crore) from Energy ONE Limited, an international entity, for the construction of four 92,500 DWT dual-fuel ammonia bulk carriers. These will be the first ammonia dual-fuel ships built in India and are also among the largest commercial vessels ever to be built at an Indian shipyard, representing a significant step forward in both technological capability and scale for the domestic shipbuilding industry. The execution timeline stipulates that the first vessel is expected to be delivered in October 2029, with subsequent deliveries, as scheduled.

Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd (GE Shipping) has contracted to sell its 2003-built Medium Range Tanker Jag Pankhi of about 46,273 dwt, to an unaffiliated third party. The vessel will be delivered to the buyer in Q1 FY27. Including Jag Pankhi, the company’s current owned fleet stands at 40 vessels, comprising 26 Tankers (5 Crude Tankers, 17 Product Tankers, 4 LPG Carriers) and 14 Dry Bulk Carriers (2 Capesize, 9 Kamsarmax, 1 Ultramax, 2 Supramax) aggregating 3.20 mn dwt.

Dhabriya Polywood Ltd has purchased a factory premises (i.e. industrial land & building) measuring 2436 sq. meters, situated at Plot No. B-10(A,D,D1)A, Malviya Nagar Industrial Area, Jaipur – 302017, which is located opposite to the existing factory premises cum registered office of the Company, for a total consideration of Rs. 22.46 crore. The new factory premises will be utilised for the Company’s future expansion plans, including capacity enhancement and the introduction of new products and existing product lines. The said purchase has been funded through internal accruals & partial bank funding.

Arvind SmartSpaces Limited (ASL), one of India’s leading real estate development companies, part of the Lalbhai group, announced the signing of a residential high-rise project in Goregaon (West), Mumbai. The project has a top-line potential of Rs. 2,400 crore, with a total saleable carpet area of about 0.67 million sq. ft. The project is being done in partnership with Sigma Oxford Realtors.
