Infosys has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Stratus, a leading technology solutions provider for the property & casualty (P&C) insurance industry. This strategic move strengthens Infosys’ leadership in the insurance sector and accelerates AI-powered digital and data transformation for global P&C insurance clients. Headquartered in the United States, Stratus brings a team of 450+ experts with deep industry knowledge, consulting excellence, and advanced technology capabilities. Stratus is a leading Guidewire Software partner offering transformation solutions to property and casualty (P&C) insurers.

Sundaram-Clayton has completed the sale of 16.33 acres of land at Korattur Village, Ambattur Taluk, Chennai District, Tamil Nadu, to Canopy Living LLP (Arihant Foundations & Housing Limited and Prestige Estates Projects Limited JV). Originally announced January 8, 2026, via Agreement to Sell with Rs 25 crore advance; balance Rs 533.62 crore received today post due diligence, totalling Rs 558.62 crore in full settlement. The sale deed was executed and registered on March 26.

Azad Engineering Ltd has been chosen as a Single Source Supplier Partner and signed a Long Term Contract & Price Agreement (LTCPA) for an 8-year term with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd, Japan (MHI) for the supply of highly engineered & complex hot-section Nozzle Vanes Segments of gas turbine engines, marking a rare achievement for any Indian precision engineering manufacturing company. This development represents a significant leap from manufacturing compressor (cold-section) Airfoils and other turbine components to producing critical combustion hot-section turbine Nozzle Vanes Segments.

Sula Vineyards’ arm approved the purchase of identified assets comprising the land, buildings, plant and machinery and related assets forming the estate of Domaine Chandon India, located in Dindori, Nashik, from Moët Hennessy India Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Moët Hennessy, for a consideration of Rs. 20 Crores.

Brigade Group has announced the launch of its latest residential offering, Brigade Lumina, a net-zero carbon development spanning 4.11 acres in the rapidly developing corridor of Northwest Bengaluru, on Tumkur Main Road. Concord Control Systems Ltd, through its wholly owned subsidiary Advanced Rail Controls Private Limited, has secured a significant order worth ₹84.68 crore from Indian Railways.

The contract entails the supply, installation, and commissioning of Loco Wireless Control Systems, a critical technology that enhances operational efficiency, safety, and remote control capabilities in railway operations. The project is expected to be executed within a period of 18 months.

RateGain Travel Technologies Ltd has announced a strategic partnership with Cashfree Payments, a leading payments platform, as a Platinum Partner for RG Pay, RateGain’s unified technology infrastructure for the global travel and hospitality ecosystem.

Pace Digitek Ltd has received a Letter of Acceptance for Rs. 22.642 crore (including GST) from North Western Railway for the provision of Lattice Towers in connection with UHF/LTE & KAVACH Work over balance routes of Jodhpur division of North Western Railway (996.24 KM).

We Win Limited has received a work order worth Rs 19.44 crore to select a bidder for the implementation of the CM Helpline & Complaint Management System for Chhattisgarh. The project must be executed in 4 years.

3i Infotech Digital BPS Ltd, a material wholly owned subsidiary of 3i Infotech Ltd, has received a work order from Mahanagar Gas Ltd. The engagement involves providing end-to-end call centre operations, including customer service support, subject matter expertise, training, quality monitoring, and team leadership services, to support the client’s customer engagement and service delivery functions. Under this engagement, 3i Infotech Digital BPS Limited will enable efficient customer interaction management, improved service quality, and operational scalability through a structured service delivery model. The total value of the work order is approximately ₹8.76 crores (exclusive of applicable taxes).

EaseMyTrip (Easy Trip Planners Ltd) has entered into an exclusive partnership with MSTC Ltd., a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Steel, to provide comprehensive, technology-enabled travel solutions. Under this agreement, EaseMyTrip will integrate its APIs with MSTC’s system, enabling access to a wide range of services, including flights, hotels, holiday packages, bus bookings, activities, and cab services.

ACS Technologies Ltd has announced the receipt of a work order worth Rs 1.56 crore from Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. This engagement represents the delivery of a 6-racket integrated data centre. This order is expected to contribute positively to the Company’s revenue and strengthen its presence in the data centre solutions segment.
