Fusion CX, a customer Experience service and AI data infrastructure services provider, plans to raise ₹702 crore through initial public offering (IPO) on the mainboard.
The company has fixed the price band at ₹275-289 per share and the public issue will open on October 14 (Wednesday).
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹500 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of shares aggregating to ₹202 crore by the promoter companies, PNS Business and Rasish Consultants.
Fusion CX plans to use ₹275 crore from net proceeds from the fresh share issue for repaying outstanding borrowings, ₹61 crore for investment in step-down subsidiaries, Omind Technologies Inc and Omind Technologies for upgrading IT tools (Arya and MindVoice) and remaining towards pursuing inorganic growth through unidentified acquisitions and general corporate purposes.

The business process solutions and services company focuses on key verticals like telecom and utilities, healthcare and life sciences, high-tech growth and travel (HTT), BFSI, and retail. It provides support in 28 languages including English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Arabic, Mandarin, Italian and Hindi.

Fusion CX reported revenue from operations of ₹1,818 crore and net profit of ₹169 crore for FY26. As on June-end, Fusion CX had 13,735 employees with operations in 13 countries with 40 strategically located delivery centres, ensuring 24×7 support across several time zones.
Its portfolio of 208 clients includes 22 Fortune 1000 companies with key customers including DMEC Capital Services, Park West, Telaid, Achieve Collection, Ameriflex, Coastline, Ajio, Meesho, Call Core Media, Arvind Fashion, Propneu SA, Leonardo Hotels, Insurance Express, K2 Claims Services, Sentry Credit, and Traya.
