Small-cap IT stock Blue Cloud Softech Solutions surged almost 14 per cent in intraday trade on the BSE on Tuesday, November 4, after the company announced a $150 million technology ownership transfer (ToT) agreement with an Israel-based technology firm. opened at 29.78 against its previous close of 29.78 and jumped as much as 13.6 per cent to an intraday high of 33.84, defying weak market sentiment. Around 11:40 am, the traded 13 per cent higher at 33.65. Equity benchmark Sensex was 0.35 per cent down at 83,684 at that time.
