JSW Energy on Monday said its Director, Finance, Pritesh Vinay, has resigned from the post to pursue career opportunities outside the group. He has been associated with JSW Group for the past 13 years. Vinay will continue to serve in his current position till December 31, 2025, to support an orderly transition, JSW Energy said in an exchange filing.

AstraZeneca Pharma India and Sun Pharmaceutical Industries have announced a “second brand partnership” for Sodium Zirconium Cyclosilicate (SZC) in India. It is used to treat hyperkalaemia — a condition that affects patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and heart failure.. Both companies will promote, market and distribute SZC in India under different brand names – AstraZeneca under its brand Lokelma and Sun Pharma as Gimliand – the companies said, without divulging price details. AstraZeneca said it will retain the intellectual property rights to SZC and hold the Marketing Authorisation, as well as the import licence for the molecule.
Paras Defence and Space Technologies Ltd has secured a ₹71.68 crore order from the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) for the supply of two Optronic Periscopes for submarine applications. The company said the order is to be completed by September 2026. Optronic periscopes are advanced electro-optical systems that provide submarines with enhanced surveillance, reconnaissance and targeting capabilities. The equipment plays a critical role in strengthening the operational readiness of the Indian Navy.
