MB Bank implements Nucleus Software’s debt collection platform

Nucleus Software announced on Tuesday that MB Bank, one of Vietnam’s top five commercial banks, has successfully deployed its FinnOne Neo platform for debt management and collection operations.

The implementation, executed in collaboration with FPT Information System Corporation Consortium, provides MB Bank with a unified system designed to streamline internal collection workflows and improve debt recovery efficiency. The platform’s modular architecture enables automation across key loan portfolios.

Parag Bhise, CEO and Executive Director of Nucleus Software, said the FinnOne Neo platform offers a secure and configurable solution with analytics capabilities for collection operations. Mrs. Bùi Thị Miền, Deputy Director of Risk Management at MB Bank, noted that the system’s modules meet international standards while being customised to comply with Vietnamese legal requirements and regulations.

MB Bank serves over 35 million customers and operates as a multi-sector financial group with three banks and six member companies spanning insurance, securities, consumer finance and asset management across Vietnam and Cambodia. The bank ranks among the top five in total assets and fourth in pre-tax profit in Vietnam’s banking system.

Nucleus Software, provides lending and transaction banking products to more than 200 banks and financial institutions across 50 countries. The company’s platforms process over $15 trillion in yearly transactions and manage $1.2 trillion in global loan values.

The shares of Nucleus Software Exports Limited were trading on the NSE today at ₹949.25 up by ₹22.40 or 2.42 per cent at 12.30 pm.
