Titagarh Naval Systems Ltd (TNSL) has received In-Principle Approval from the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways for its Brownfield Expansion project at Falta, West Bengal, under the Government of India’s Shipbuilding Development Scheme (SbDS). The Government of India has been actively promoting the domestic shipbuilding ecosystem through focused initiatives such as the Shipbuilding Financial Assistance Scheme (SBFAS) and the Shipbuilding Development Scheme (SbDS). This policy momentum, further reinforced through recent Union Budget priorities, reflects a strong and positive approach towards strengthening India’s shipbuilding capabilities, enhancing infrastructure, supporting defence and commercial vessel construction, and positioning Indian shipyards to compete effectively at a global level.

Indian Railway Finance Corporation (IRFC), a Navratna CPSE under the Ministry of Railways, has sanctioned and fully disbursed a Rs 1,000 crore term loan to Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited (MAHAGENCO). The development comes close on the heels of its recent Rs 12,842 crore loan agreement with Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Ltd.

CuraTeQ Biologics Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aurobindo Pharma Ltd, has announced positive top-line results from its Phase 3 study of BP11, an investigational biosimilar to Xolair (omalizumab). The study successfully met all primary endpoints, showing high comparability to the reference product in patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) at the 300 mg dose.

Deep Industries Ltd has received a Letter of Award from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited for the hiring of services for a Natural Gas Compressor, Gas Dehydration & HC Dew Point Depression for the Malleswaram ONGC, Rajamundry Asset, for a period of three years. The total estimated value of the said award is approximately Rs 59 crore.

PDS Ltd, the global fashion infrastructure platform, announced that it has entered a Sourcing as a Service (SaaS) contract with a leading US-based value retailer. Under this engagement, PDS will provide support through its end-to-end sourcing capabilities, leveraging its global network across vendor management, compliance, and supply chain execution. The customer, a leading value retail chain in the United States with a strong presence across urban and rural markets, offers a wide assortment of everyday essentials, including consumables, apparel, home products, and seasonal merchandise, at value-priced points, serving a broad customer base. The contract is expected to drive sourcing volumes of approximately ₹450 crore ($50 million), with potential to scale up gradually.

Valencia Beverages and Superwaters Private Limited, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Valencia Nutrition Ltd, has entered into a definitive business agreement with Virchow Laboratories Ltd for the manufacturing of its juice product portfolio. The agreement covers 8 SKUs: Mango, Guava, Apple, Pomegranate, Coconut, Litchi, Banana, and Mixed Fruit. Under the terms of the agreement, a committed monthly production volume has been secured, representing approximately 15% of the installed capacity of Valencia Beverages Unit II at Hyderabad.

United Drilling Tools Ltd has received a domestic order from Aadyashree Drilling International Private Limited for the supply of Downhole Tools, including stabiliser(s) and accessories, if any. The Estimated Contract Value is Rs 57.06 lakh.

Indobell Insulations Ltd has secured a Domestic Order from Goa Shipyard Limited through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) for the supply of 2 Shipsets of Searox Slabs for the Frigates Project Yard 1258-59, worth Rs 1.47 crore.
