At least 15 companies listed on the BSE are scheduled to announce their financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, this week, with the biggest name on the list being (TCS), India’s largest IT company by revenue.
TCS’s board of directors will meet on April 9 to consider and approve the company’s audited standalone and consolidated earnings for Q4 FY26. The board will also take up the matter of recommending a final dividend, if any, on the company’s equity shares for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. , the wealth management firm, and , the Mumbai-based liquor maker, will also declare their quarterly numbers on the same day. , which sells lead storage batteries, rounds out the April 9 slate.

Earlier in the week, Alka India, a Mumbai-based textile company, and Ikoma Technologies, which operates in the Infrastructure as a Service (ITaaS) space, report on April 7. Aqylon Nexus — formerly Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network and now a company pivoting to AI infrastructure and data centres — is also scheduled for April 8, alongside Jindal Leasefin Ltd, a non-banking financial company (NBFC) based in New Delhi. Real estate developer Kesar India Ltd, which is focused on residential and commercial projects in Nagpur, also reports on April 8.
Rajputana Stainless Ltd, a Gujarat-based manufacturer of stainless steel products that listed on the BSE and NSE in March 2026, will declare Q4 results on April 9.
The following week’s early entrants come on April 10, when Agri-Tech (India) Ltd, a Maharashtra-based corporate farming company that primarily cultivates mangoes, Eco Hotels and Resorts Ltd, a sustainable hospitality company, and Vashu Bhagnani Industries Ltd, previously known as Pooja Entertainment and Films — announce their numbers. The week closes on April 11 with results from B2B Software Technologies Ltd and Swadha Nature Ltd.
The flurry of results marks the start of the Q4 FY26 earnings season, which will gather pace in the weeks ahead with larger companies across sectors reporting in.
