Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Ltd (HCCB) on Tuesday announced the commissioning of a first-of-its-kind high-speed Kinley Water Production Line at its manufacturing facility at Avinya in Telangana.
The Avinya Plant (TGF – Telangana Greenfield Factory) is one of HCCB’s most advanced manufacturing facilities, built with with a total planned investment of over ₹2,000 crore. It currently operates seven advanced production lines and represents a major addition to the company’s manufacturing ecosystem in the region.
The company said that the facility now ranks as the fastest within the Coca-Cola India Southwest Asia (INSWA) system. “The newly installed line can produce Kinley 500 ml PET bottles at a speed of up to 1,350 bottles per minute (BPM) and Kinley 1-litre PET bottles at 1,000 BPM, setting a new benchmark for manufacturing speed, operational efficiency, and precision production capacity,” a statement noted.
