IndusInd Bank appoints Sunil Kumar Singh as chief compliance officer

on Friday announced the appointment of as its (CCO), effective April 30, 2026, following the completion of incumbent ’s tenure.

Patange will cease to hold the position of Chief Compliance Officer and at the close of business hours on April 29, 2026, the bank said in a regulatory filing.

Q4 Results:

The appointment of Singh has been approved by the bank’s based on the recommendation of the Compensation and Nomination & Remuneration Committee. He will serve a tenure of three years and will be designated as a Senior Management Personnel from April 30, 2026.

Who is Sunil Kumar Singh?

Sunil Kumar Singh is a career banker with over 28 years of experience in the banking sector. Prior to joining IndusInd Bank, he was associated with Mizuho Bank for 11 years.

      At Mizuho Bank, Singh served as Chief Compliance Officer for nine years from April 2015 to March 2024. In the subsequent two years, he transitioned into a senior management role as Managing Director-II, heading the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) function for the bank’s India franchise.
