Umiya Buildcon posts 49% revenue jump in FY26, products segment logs decade-high quarterly sales

Umiya Buildcon Ltd reported its full-year and fourth-quarter results for FY26 on Tuesday, posting consolidated annual revenue of ₹7,236.5 lakh, up 48.9 per cent from ₹4,860.7 lakh in FY25.

The company’s products segment was the standout performer, recording quarterly revenue of ₹1,278.1 lakh in Q4 FY26 — the highest in a decade — compared to ₹529.4 lakh in the same quarter last year. For the full year, the segment grew 79.5 per cent to ₹3,267.3 lakh from ₹1,820 lakh in FY25, driven by demand for high-capacity switches and data centre networking products under its indigenous MRO-TEK brand.

The real estate segment also gained ground, with annual revenue rising 70.4 per cent to ₹2,725.3 lakh from ₹1,599.6 lakh, supported by two active projects — Umiya Bricklane in Candolim, Goa, which has secured RERA registration and initial bookings, and Umiya Prism, an ultra-luxury residential project on Cunningham Road in Bengaluru’s CBD, which received RERA approval during the quarter.

The Solutions segment, however, saw annual revenue slip to ₹1,243.9 lakh from ₹1,441.1 lakh in FY25, though Q4 revenue was marginally higher at ₹373.8 lakh against ₹337 lakh a year ago.

Earnings per share grew 146 per cent year-on-year, from ₹3.17 to ₹7.80, reflecting improved profitability across the business.

The stock was trading at ₹87.01 on the NSE on Wednesday, down 0.51 per cent intraday, with a market capitalisation of approximately ₹162.57 crore. The stock has returned 36.68 per cent over the past year, significantly outperforming the Nifty 50’s -0.23 per cent return over the same period. Its five-year return stands at 264.82 per cent.

The company operates across telecom and networking and real estate, and has said it expects to sustain growth momentum into FY27 on the back of a healthy order pipeline in its Products business.
