Tech Mahindra has acquired Avant Tech Solutions (also known as Alluri Technologies), a Canada-based specialist in payments modernisation and wealth platforms. The deal will broaden Tech Mahindra’s offering across a range of areas, including real-time rail capabilities, ISO 20022 migration, wire modernisation, core payments cloud transformation, and wealth management platforms. Aurobindo Pharma subsidiary CuraTeQ Biologics has received a Notice of Compliance (NOC) from Health Canada’s Biologics and Radiopharmaceuticals Directorate (BRDD) for Bevqolva, its bevacizumab biosimilar. CuraTeQ Biologics also has two additional biosimilar applications under review by Health Canada, Aurobindo said in a filing on Friday.

Deepak Chem Tech signs long-term agreement with Praxair India
Deepak Chem Tech Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Deepak Nitrite Ltd, enters into a long-term agreement with Praxair India (a Linde company) to build a HyCO plant to manufacture key raw materials for DCTL’s upcoming polycarbonate manufacturing facility at Padariya, Dahej, in the state of Gujarat.
