A crucial Tata Trusts board meeting, that was scheduled for today, has been postponed to May 16, sources said, though the immediate reason for it was not clear.
The meeting was expected to discuss the listing of Tata Sons and also a change in the composition of the board.
A petition filed this week in the Bombay High Court to stay the meeting had drawn a blank, with the court refusing to stay the proceedings and the petitioner was advised to approach the vacation bench.
The court goes on vacation from May 9.
