The Forrester report covers 20 POS vendors and serves as a reference guide for digital business strategy professionals evaluating solutions across omnichannel checkout, store worker empowerment, and store operations.
Intellect’s inclusion is on the strength of its eMACH.ai Retail 6DX platform, which the company describes as its flagship retail commerce solution.
The platform is built around three stated capabilities: unified store lifecycle coverage spanning inventory, checkout, and post-purchase servicing; AI-driven tools including contextual nudges for store staff and predictive stock analytics; and hyper-automation features offering real-time omnichannel insights.
Debanjan Kumar, CEO of Intellect’s Digital Technology for Commerce business unit, said the recognition validates the company’s investment in cloud-native, SaaS-ready infrastructure designed to address labour and operational challenges faced by modern retailers.
Intellect Design Arena has a total market capitalisation of approximately ₹10,652 crore. The stock has had a difficult year, down nearly 35 per cent over the past 12 months and off about 20 per cent year-to-date, though it has outperformed the Nifty 500 over the past week with a 4.68 per cent gain against the index’s 0.64 per cent.
