Chennai’s Congruence Holdings to expand to 300 outlets across South India

-based Congruence Holdings, a consumer technology company offering services spanning the retail, repair and upgrading of electronic products plans to expand its retail and service network to 300 outlets by 2028, as it forays into major cities across South India.

The company currently operates 30 such stores across Tamil Nadu.

The company’s brand portfolio includes GoGizmo, GoFix, GoCare, GoCashin, GoRenew, GoPulse, GoAlliance and GoStack that cater to different stages of the consumer electronics lifecycle

Congruence’s expansion plans include adding the integrated GoGizmo-GoFix stores and developing a new generation of standalone premium GoFix Service & Experience Centres. The company plans to begin with five such premium centres each in Chennai and Bengaluru.

To support its expansion plans, Congruence Holdings opened its new corporate office in Chennai today. The facility was inaugurated by AM Shajahan, Minister for Minorities Welfare (Minorities Welfare and Wakf Board), Government of , in the presence of Sharfudeen, COO, BAZ Group of Companies.

“Our vision goes beyond building a larger retail or repair network. We are building an integrated consumer technology ecosystem that can remain connected with customers throughout the lifecycle of their devices. From discovery and purchase to protection, repair, resale, refurbishment and upgrade, we want to make every stage simpler, more transparent and more valuable for the customer,” Mohammed Rafi Sait, Managing Director, Congruence Holdings, said.



He added that a key component of Congruence Holdings’ next phase of growth will be the rollout of premium standalone GoFix multi-brand third-party Service & Experience Centres.
