ESDS Software Solution IPO saw the QIB portion subscribed 258.87 times, while the NII portion was subscribed 191.52 times. The retail portion was subscribed 37.45 times.
For Priority Jewels, the QIB portion was subscribed 36.38 times, the NII portion 165.33 times and the retail portion 100.58 times.
ESDS Software IPO
The ESDS Software Solution IPO comprises an entirely fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹720 crore. The price band has been fixed at ₹408-429 per share.
The company plans to use ₹576 crore of the IPO proceeds to purchase and install cloud computing and other equipment and infrastructure for its data centres. The remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes.
At the upper end of the price band, the issue values the company at a market capitalisation of about ₹5,028 crore.
Priority Jewels IPO
Priority Jewels has a price band of ₹190-200 per share. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to 45.75 lakh equity shares, aggregating to ₹91.50 crore at the upper end of the price band.
The comapny raised ₹27.5 crore from four anchor investors, including WhiteOak Capital and Sanshi Fund-I.
Both shares will debut on the bourses on September 4.
