Two Mumbai-headquartered companies, Complete Sports & Management India and Paluck Technologies, listed on the BSE SME Platform on Friday, September 4, 2026, becoming the 767th and 768th companies respectively to join the exchange’s small and medium enterprise segment.
Complete Sports & Management India raised ₹74.93 crores through its IPO, issuing 55.50 lakh equity shares at ₹135 per share. The company sources, trades and distributes amusement and leisure equipment, and provides installation, maintenance and consulting services for entertainment destinations such as family entertainment centres, clubs, hotels and resorts. It is the authorised distributor of Brunswick Bowling Products LLC across India, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. The company has also launched two owned venues, “All Sett Go”, a sports resto-bar in Mumbai, and “Duckpin, The Bowling Bistro”, an entertainment centre combining bowling, arcade gaming and dining.
Paluck Technologies raised ₹33.00 crores by issuing 68.76 lakh equity shares at ₹48 per share. Incorporated in 2010, the company offers engineering services, telecom infrastructure solutions, logistics and equipment rental, and authorised dealership operations. Its Telecom Engineering Services division has managed over 7,500 telecom sites across India, while its logistics fleet includes 92 transit mixers, 13 concrete pumps and 23 trucks operating across several states. The company counts Huawei, Ericsson, ZTE and Ashok Leyland among its OEM partners.
Both IPOs closed on September 1, 2026. Going forward, Paluck Technologies plans to expand into Ready-Mix Concrete operations and 5G services, while Complete Sports intends to grow its company-operated entertainment destinations.
