Om Galaxy, a precision mould design, development and manufacturing company, plans to raise ₹105 crore via an initial public offering on BSE SME.

The company will offer 1.17 crore equity shares in the price band of ₹85-₹90 a share. The IPO opens for subscription on Thursday.

The net proceeds from the IPO will be used for capital expenditure to set up a new manufacturing unit for consolidation of the company’s existing manufacturing units and expansion of its production capacities, part-payment of debt, and general corporate purposes.

Indorient Financial Services will be the book-running lead manager, while Bigshare Services has been appointed the registrar.

Opindersingh Bachattarsingh Baddhan, Chairman and Managing Director, Om Galaxy, said the company has built precision tooling capability across pipe fitting, industrial and automotive moulds, added in-house hot runner systems through Infuse HRS, and forward integrated into consumer cleaning products under WONDRA.

The proceeds from the fresh issue will be used for consolidating the existing manufacturing units into a single-owned facility, expanding installed capacity and reducing borrowings, which will strengthen operational efficiency and support the next phase of growth, he said.

Prashant Dhebar, Director, Indorient Financial Services, said the company has recorded consistent growth in FY26, supported by repeat business from a stable customer base and healthy capacity utilisation across its facilities.

The proposed consolidation of manufacturing units, capacity expansion and repayment of borrowings will position the company to participate in the structural growth of India’s dies and moulds market, he added.
