The final holding of SBI Mutual Fund, under its various schemes, as at the close of business hours on September 08, 2026, was 1,62,58,521 shares which is 9.1363% of the paid-up share capital of EID Parry India Limited.
Shareholding details of the company
used to own around 1,61,80,379 shares of the company prior to the recent acquisition. It constituted around 9.0924% of the firm’s total voting capital. With the latest purchase, SBI’s total holding now stands at 1,62,58,521 shares. The total equity share capital of EID Parry remains unaffected with the purchase at ₹17,79,55,692.
