Glass Wall Systems stock ends 18% above IPO price on debut day

Glass Wall Systems (India) shares made a modest debut on the stock market and gained momentum after listing, trading with over 13 per cent gains from the offer price of ₹182. The stock listed at a 6.5 per cent premium at ₹194 on the and later climbed on the .

It ended at ₹214.85 and ₹215.35  on the NSE and BSE, respectively, with 18 per cent listing gains.

On the BSE, listed at a 4.4 per cent premium at ₹190.10 and subsequently soared to a high of ₹206.85.

Shivani Nyati, Head of Wealth at Swastika Investmart, said the brokerage’s subscribe view remains supported by 64 per cent FY26 revenue growth, ₹83.8 crore PAT, 43 per cent ROCE, 38.6 per cent ROE and a ₹846-crore order book. Investors should monitor execution, real-estate demand and overseas exposure, she added, with a stop loss of ₹178.

According to Dr. Ravi Singh, Chief Research Officer at Master Capital Services Ltd, the company is a premium facade solutions and fenestration provider, operating across India, the US and Australia. It was the second-largest facade solutions provider in India by revenue in FY25 and FY24 and India’s largest facade exporter by revenue in 2024. The company had completed more than 158 projects as of March 31, 2026.

He noted that the Indian facade market grew from ₹37.3 billion in FY20 to ₹90.6 billion in FY26 at a 15.9 per cent CAGR and is expected to reach ₹144.1 billion by FY30 at a 12.3 per cent CAGR. India’s luxury fenestration market reached ₹32.1 billion in FY26, growing at a 14.9 per cent CAGR during FY20-FY26.



In the short term, Singh said investors may consider the company’s ability to sustain revenue and earnings growth, project execution, order-book conversion and operating profitability. He added that the stock’s performance would be more relevant if upcoming results show continued execution, stable margins and improvement in cash-flow generation.

IPO data

The company’s ₹428-crorehe IPO received bids for 1,34,37,27,276 shares against 1,64,57,298 shares on offer.

The QIB portion was subscribed 167.93 times, while the non-institutional investor category received 79.71 times subscription. The retail investors quota was subscribed 33.18 times.

Glass Wall Systems had fixed a price band of ₹172-182 per share for its IPO.

The mainboard issue comprised a fresh issuance of equity shares worth up to ₹60 crore and an offer-for-sale of 2.02 crore equity shares by promoters Jawahar Hariram Hemrajani and Eshan Jawahar Hemrajani, and investor shareholder India Business Excellence Fund IIA.

Use of funds

Of the proceeds from the fresh issue, ₹50 crore will be utilised for setting up a glass processing unit as part of the company’s planned backward integration at its Vile Bhagad facility in Maharashtra.

The remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes.
