Healthcare company Practo has rejigged its leadership, with founder and CEO Shashank ND elevated to the expanded role of Managing Director and Executive Chairman. Jagnoor Singh, who was previously Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective September 1, 2026.
Singh joined Practo as Chief Operating Officer in January 2025 and has since been driving the company’s growth strategy, strengthening execution and expanding into new markets. Before joining Practo, he held senior operating roles at Bharti Airtel, Unacademy and OYO, spanning telecom and consumer internet.
As CEO, Singh will oversee Practo’s strategy, growth, and operations across its global markets, working closely with Shashank ND on the company’s long-term vision.
The leadership changes follow the appointment of Srijesh Kumar as Practo’s Global Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO), according to the company.
Practo is also expanding its presence beyond India, with operations in the UAE and the US. The company currently has a network of more than 700,000 doctors and healthcare providers serving millions of patients globally.
