Adani Enterprises rights see brisk demand

The ₹25,000-crore rights issue of Adani Enterprises, the flagship of the Adani Group, was subscribed nearly 92 per cent on Tuesday and sources said that promoters had put in their bids to the full extent of their entitlement.

The rights shares are being offered in the ratio of 3 shares for every 25 held, at a price of ₹1800 each. On application, investors will have to pay ₹900 per share.

The issue closes on December 10, Wednesday.

Sources indicated that existing institutional holders in the company had exercised their subscription right, attesting to the confidence in the company and the group.

Adani Enterprises is the incubator for new ventures in the group and under it comes businesses such as defence & aerospace, road, metro and rail, airports and data centers.

In FY25 it reported total income of ₹1 lakh crore, compared to ₹98,281 crore in the previous year.



Shares of the company closed up 1.5 per cent at ₹2247.65 on the BSE. The stock has fallen around 2 per cent over a one-month period.
