Aurionpro Solutions has won a major multi-year, multi-million-dollar contract to implement its cash management platform for CSB Bank, the Mumbai-based technology firm announced on Monday. The deal includes software licensing, implementation and an ongoing annual maintenance contract.
The engagement will see CSB Bank deploy Aurionpro’s AI-native transaction banking platform to modernise its cash management services for corporate customers. The solution offers features including collections, dividend warrants management and mandate management capabilities aimed at enhancing digital banking experiences.
Pralay Mondal, CSB Bank’s MD and CEO, said the partnership supports the bank’s digital transformation goals and its commitment to providing seamless digital experiences for corporate banking and SME clients. The bank aims to improve operational efficiency and service delivery through the technology adoption.
Ashish Rai, Group CEO of Aurionpro Solutions, described CSB Bank as one of India’s premier banks and emphasised the growing demand for AI-native solutions in corporate banking. He noted that the win reflects the trust major banks place in Aurionpro’s technology capabilities.
The contract adds to Aurionpro’s recent projects with several major public sector banks in India. The company, listed on BSE and NSE, operates across banking, payments, mobility, insurance and other sectors, with a workforce of over 3,000 professionals. The shares of Aurionpro Solutions Ltd ended on the NSE on Monday at ₹985 down ₹5.70 or 0.58 per cent.
