Billionbrains Garage Ventures shares closed at ₹189 on Tuesday, gaining ₹14.55 or 8.34 per cent over the previous close of ₹174.45. The stock opened at ₹185 and touched an intraday high of ₹193.80, marking its new 52-week high. Trading volumes remained robust with over 463 million shares exchanging hands, valued at ₹8,686 crore. The company’s market capitalisation reached ₹1,16,681 crore.
The parent company of investment platform Groww announced that its board will meet on November 21 to approve the financial results for the quarter and the half-year ended September 30, 2025. This will be the company’s first quarterly earnings report since its stock market debut.
The stock has surged 94 per cent from its IPO issue price of ₹100. Groww listed on November 12 at ₹114, a 14 per cent premium to the issue price, and closed the first session at ₹130.94. The IPO was subscribed 17.60 times, raising ₹6,632 crore through a fresh issue of ₹1,060 crore and an offer-for-sale of ₹5,572 crore.
Founded in 2018, Groww operates 37 million demat accounts and oversees ₹2.6 lakh crore in assets under management across broking, lending and asset management subsidiaries. Investors, including Peak XV, Tiger Capital and Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, back the company.
