Bondada Engineering bags ₹816 crore NTPC solar order, doubles revenue to ₹2,843 crore in FY26

Hyderabad-based Bondada Engineering Limited has secured a ₹816 crore order from NTPC Renewable Energy Limited for Balance of System (BOS) works on a 600 MW Solar PV Project at Fatehgarh, Rajasthan. The Notification of Award, received over the weekend, covers engineering, procurement and construction along with three years of operations and maintenance services. The project is to be executed within 16 months.

The order is the second from the NTPC Group, taking Bondada’s cumulative order inflow from the group to approximately ₹1,207 crore and its combined capacity from NTPC projects to nearly 1 GW. With this addition, the company’s total Solar EPC order book stands at approximately 5.3 GWp.

The award follows strong financial results for FY 2025-26, in which Bondada reported total revenue of ₹2,843 crore against ₹1,571 crore in the previous fiscal year, a year-on-year jump of 81 per cent. The company posted a net profit of ₹211 crore for the year. The results reflect growth across its three verticals — renewable energy, telecom, and railways.

Bondada Engineering Limited was trading lower on Monday at ₹345.10, down ₹10.20 or 2.87 per cent, against a previous close of ₹355.30. The stock touched an intraday high of ₹360 and a low of ₹339.95, with a market capitalisation of approximately ₹3,851 crore. Its 52-week range is ₹215 to ₹510.

Incorporated in 2012, Bondada Engineering operates across renewable energy, telecom infrastructure and railways EPC segments, with manufacturing facilities in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
