BSE Q2 Results: Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) announced its July to September quarter results for the financial year ending 2025-26 on Tuesday, 11 November 2025. The exchange and data company recorded a 61% rise in its second-quarter net profit to 557 crore, compared to 245.7 crore in the same period a year ago.

BSE’s income from operations

The company’s revenues from core operations jumped 44% to 1,068 crore in the July-September quarter of the 2025-26 fiscal year, compared year-on-year (YoY) with 740.7 crore in the same period a year ago, according to the consolidated financial statements released on Tuesday, 11 September 2025.

The filing data showed that BSE’s investment income remained flat at 65.69 crore in the second quarter of the financial year 2025-26, compared to 65.61 crore in the same period of the previous financial year.

According to the investor presentation, the net interest margin for the first half of the 2025-26 fiscal year stood at 50%, while the consolidated EBITDA for the same period was at 1,083.3 crore.

BSE share price trend

BSE shares closed 0.68% higher at 2,643.10 after Tuesday’s stock market session, compared to 2,625.30 at the previous market close. The company announced its Q2 results after the market operating hours on 11 November 2025.

BSE shares have given stock market investors more than 4,187% returns on their investment in the last five years, and over 71% in the last one-year period.



On a year-to-date (YTD) basis, the company’s stock is up 46.14% in 2025, and more than 6% in the last one-month period. The shares of BSE are trading 6.72% higher in the last five market sessions on the Indian stock market.

Shares of BSE hit their 52-week high level at 3,030 on 10 June 2025, while the 52-week low level stood at 1,227.33 on 11 March 2025, according to the data collected from the NSE website. The company’s market capitalisation (M-Cap) stood at more than 1.07 trillion as of the stock market close on Tuesday, 11 November 2025.
