Anant Raj Ltd will invest ₹4,500 crore in Andhra Pradesh to set up data centres as part of its expansion plan. In a regulatory filing on Saturday, the company said that its subsidiary Anant Raj Cloud Pvt Ltd (ARCPL) has entered into an MoU with Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board for building new data centre facilities along with an IT Park in Andhra Pradesh and to make investment for development of data centre and cloud services.

Hindustan Zinc Ltd (HZL) has received the licence to explore and mine a tungsten block in Andhra Pradesh by the state government. This marks an important milestone for the Vedanta Group company as it looks to expand beyond zinc, lead, and silver into critical and high-value minerals essential for advanced manufacturing. “Hindustan Zinc Ltd has been officially announced as the successful bidder for a tungsten and associated mineral block in Andhra Pradesh, following the receipt of the formal composite licence from the state government,” the company said in a statement.

ideaForge Technology has secured a supply order worth about ₹100 crore from the Indian Army for its next-generation tactical unmanned vehicle Zolt and all-terrain VTOL drone, SWITCH 2. The capital emergency procurement order for its Zolt is valued around ₹75 crore, following an extensive and rigorous evaluation process — extensive field trials in electronic warfare (EW) environments and stringent country of origin checks. The SWITCH 2 order is valued at ₹30 crore, ideaForge said.

 Indian Hotels Co Ltd informed the exchanges that it has entered into an agreement to acquire about 51% stake in Sparsh Infratech, owner of the Atmantan wellness resort in Mulshi, Maharashtra, for an estimated investment of ₹240 crore. The deal values the company at around ₹415 crore.

Amber Group, a home-grown contract manufacturer for HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning) and consumer electronics, has announced it will acquire Pune-based printed circuit board maker Shogini Technoarts. The company did not disclose the deal value. IL JIN Electronics India, a subsidiary of Amber Group, has entered into a definitive agreement for the purchase of a majority stake in Shogini Technoarts, said a joint statement. 

 The board of A-1 has approved a bonus issue of shares as well as a 10:1 stock split to improve liquidity and make shares more affordable. The company in a statement said that its board has approved an issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 3:1 — three bonus equity shares for every one equity share held by the shareholders. The board also recommended sub-division of 1 equity share of face value of ₹10 each fully paid-up into 10 equity shares of face value of ₹1 each fully paid-up held by the shareholders.

Pro Fin Capital Services Ltd on Saturday said it has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from Hong Kong-based Excellence Creative Ltd to acquire up to 25 per cent stake in the latter for ₹22 crore. The LoI, received on November 13, proposes exploring the possibility of acquiring up to 25 per cent of the equity share capital at a proposed price of ₹22 crore, Pro Fin Capital said in a statement. Pro Fin Capital added that its Board of Directors will consider the LoI and the proposed transaction for consideration at an upcoming meeting.

IRB Infrastructure Trust has bagged a package toll operate and transfer (TOT) project from NHAI in Uttar Pradesh for an upfront consideration of ₹9,270 crore, an exchange filing said on Saturday. The project is part of NHAI’s asset monetisation programme announced earlier. IRB Infrastructure Trust has received Letter of Award from NHAI for bundle covering 366 km of the Lucknow-Ayodhya-Gorakhpur corridor on NH-27, and part of Lucknow-Varanasi corridor on NH-731, for a revenue linked concession period of 20 years, IRB Infrastructure Developers, the manager for the project said.

Sellwin Traders Ltd has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Kumkum Wellness Private Limited (KWPL), which operates under the brand name “Kayapalat”. Under this agreement, Sellwin Traders plans to acquire an initial 36 per cent equity stake in KWPL, with an option to increase its holding up to 60 per cent within the next 18 months. This phased acquisition underscores Sellwin Traders’s confidence in KWPL’s business model and long-term growth potential.

Precision Electronics has been awarded an order from a government entity in the Defence segment. Due to confidentiality clauses and commercial sensitivity, the name cannot be disclosed. The company will deliver the Quadripod/Tripod as per the customer specifications. The order value is about ₹1.12 crore.
