Fractal Analytics’ shares jump 9% as Q3 profit rises 8.5%, revenue surges 21%

Shares of AI firm climbed sharply on Friday after the company reported steady profit growth and strong revenue expansion for the December quarter.

The stock rallied 9 per cent on the to ₹826.

Fractal Analytics on Thursday reported an 8.5 per cent year-on-year increase in consolidated profit after tax to ₹100 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025, from ₹92.2 crore in the same quarter last year.

Revenue growth remained robust during the period, with consolidated revenue from operations rising about 21 per cent to ₹854 crore from ₹707 crore in the December 2024 quarter.

The company said growth during the quarter was driven by strong demand in the healthcare and life sciences segment, which accounted for 20 per cent of total revenue and expanded 78 per cent year-on-year.



Meanwhile, the banking and financial services segment, contributing 12 per cent of overall revenue, recorded a 26 per cent year-on-year growth, reflecting continued adoption of AI-led analytics solutions across financial institutions.
