Industrial and logistics real estate company Ganesh Industrial Complex, which is in expansion mode, is planning to develop an additional 8 to 10 private industrial parks in Delhi-NCR over the next three to four years.
Specialising in warehousing solutions and industrial infrastructure for B2B businesses, the Kolkata-based company has constructed an industrial park and acquired land for developing two more parks in Delhi-NCR.
“We have already constructed an industrial park at Sohna. We have recently acquired land for developing two more — one each in Sohna and Jhajjar in Delhi-NCR,” Alok Bajoria, managing director, Ganesh Industrial Complex, told businessline.
In West Bengal, the company has developed four industrial parks — one each in Panchla and Uluberia, and two in Ranihati — all in Howrah district.
“The facility in Uluberia has just been started. We have a major plan to expand it as a 2,000-acre park. This park has the potential to emerge as a key growth centre due to the upcoming expressway connectivity, improved logistics and enhanced industrial accessibility in the region,” Bajoria informed.
“While around 30 per cent area of these parks in Bengal are being used for warehousing facilities, the remaining 70 per cent are being utilised for setting up factories by several sectors,” he added.
The company operates private industrial parks that are similar in concept to government industrial parks. It acquires land, develops infrastructure (roads, electricity, power, etc.) and provides ready-to-use industrial ecosystems for different businesses.
With over 14 years of industry experience, Ganesh Complex is a leading provider of warehousing solutions in the Howrah–Kolkata belt. The company has developed over 43.79 million sq. ft. of industrial parks, serving over 1,000 clients.
