HEC Infra Projects bags two projects worth ₹12 crore

HEC Infra Projects, a leading engineering, procurement, and construction company, has bagged two orders worth ₹12 crore.

The company has received order in new energy storage space from Advait Energy Transitions for ₹7 crore. The scope of the project includes design, installation, testing and commissioning of a 185 MW Battery Energy Storage System with a 220 KV substation near Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation’s (GETCO) 400 KV facility at Sanand GIDC in Gujarat. The project is expected to be completed in one year.

HEC Infra has also received two repeat orders from Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation cumulatively worth ₹5 crore. The project involves augmentation of water distribution stations at Narolgam, Sola and Ambli. The project will be completed in 8 months.

While the AMC contracts highlight trusted partnerships in urban civic infrastructure, the battery energy storage project reflects the company’s expanding presence in supporting India’s renewable energy transition.

Gaurang Shah, Managing Director, HEC Infra Projects said the large-scale battery energy storage project represents a forward-looking opportunity for the company to contribute to India’s evolving energy landscape.

The repeat confidence shown by Ahmedabad Municipal Commission strengthens the company’s belief in long-term partnerships built on performance and reliability, he said.

“The company will focus on timely execution, rigorous safety standards and uncompromising quality. Each of these projects is another step in our journey of shaping resilient infrastructure that supports both urban growth and the energy transition,” he said.
