HRS Aluglaze, engaged in the design, manufacturing, and installation of aluminium products, has received multiple work orders of ₹27 crore to be executed over the next 3 to 12 months.
The company has secured a significant order worth ₹10 crore from Safal Goyal Realty LLP for the supply, fabrication and installation of aluminium windows, pipe fins, glass railings, casement windows, vents, and aluminium railings. Additionally, an order valued at ₹7 crore was received from KEC International for the supply of aluminium composite cladding sheets.
It has also received an order from Aaryan Build Projects LLP for ₹7 crore for window-related fabrication and installation work.
The company has also secured contracts from Pinnacle Solutions, PSP Projects, and PSP Projects & Proactive Construction for execution of aluminium windows, ventilation systems and façade-related work.
HRS Aluglaze has also entered into a Memorandum of Transfer of Business Assets on a slump sale basis with Geotrix Building Envelope. Through this transaction, the company will acquire a running business unit specialising in turnkey façade solutions, design engineering services, and architectural precast systems, including both tangible and intangible assets.
Rupesh Shah, Managing Director, HRS Aluglaze said the new orders highlight the company’s strong positioning in the aluminium and façade solutions segment, driven by its execution capabilities, technical expertise, and long-standing relationships with reputed corporates across real estate and infrastructure sectors.
The proposed new facility underscore company’s focus on expanding its order book, enhancing execution capabilities and building a scalable business model, he said.
Shares of the company were up 5 per cent at ₹264 on Thursday.
