ICICI Pru AMC net up 45% at ₹917 cr

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company reported 45 per cent rise in December quarter net profit at ₹917 crore against ₹632 crore logged in the same period last year.

Revenue increased 23 per cent to ₹1,515 crore (₹1,227 crore).

The fund house has declared an interim dividend of ₹14.85 per equity share.

Expenses increased to ₹405 crore (₹373 crore). Tax outgo was up at ₹302 crore (₹196 crore).

The average asset under management of the fund house was up 23 per cent at ₹10.76 lakh crore (₹8.74 lakh crore) and has the second highest market share at 13 per cent.

ICICI Prudential Asset Management has appointed Ankur Kagrana a Senior Management Personnel as the Chief Risk Officer on resignation of incumbent Sumit Gupta.



The board has also approved the re-appointment of Antony Jacob as an Independent Director for a second term till May, 2031.

Sankaran Naren was appointed as the Executive Director for two years till June, 2028.

Equity asset was up 24 per cent to ₹6.08 lakh crore (Rs 4.92 lakh crore) while that of equity hybrid increased 24 per cent to ₹2.08 lakh crore (Rs 1.64 lakh crore).

Debt and passive assets were up 19 per cent and 39 per cent to ₹2.04 lakh crore ( ₹1.72 lakh crore) and ₹1.67 lakh crore ( ₹1.20 lakh crore). Liquid asset was down 2 per cent at ₹63,918 crore ( ₹65,001 crore).

Unique customer count was up at 1.6 crore (1.4 crore).

SIP inflows jumped to ₹5,037 crore ( ₹4,247 crore) in the December quarter.

PMS and AIF assets increased to ₹27,281 crore ( ₹22,248 crore) and ₹15,909 crore ( ₹11,363 crore).

The fund house has a surplus of ₹4,035 crore invested in equity, hybrid, liquid and debt.

Shares were up two per cent at ₹2,735 on Wednesday.
