Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited reported record financial results for fiscal year 2025, with revenue climbing 52 per cent to ₹410 crore compared to ₹269 crore in the previous year. The amusement park operator’s EBITDA surged 67 per cent to ₹176 crore, while margins expanded to 43 per cent from 39 per cent in FY24.
The company’s profit before tax (before exceptional items) jumped 152 per cent year-on-year to ₹86 crore, representing a 20 per cent margin. Footfall nearly doubled to 2.7 million visitors from 1.4 million in the previous year, demonstrating strong demand recovery.
For the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025, revenue grew 66 per cent to ₹94 crore while EBITDA increased 131 per cent to ₹40 crore. Quarterly footfall surged 141 per cent to 0.7 million visitors.
The company expanded operations during the year by launching its Indore Water Park near Indore and Ujjain. It also added 10 new rides at its Wet’n Joy Water Park in Lonavala and introduced new attractions including the Imagicaa Arena Trampoline Park.
Imagicaaworld raised ₹345 crore through a preferential share issue to fund acquisitions and strategic initiatives. Managing Director Jai Malpani said the company is evaluating new locations and engaging with state governments for future park development.
