Interarch to invest ₹70 crore in new Gujarat manufacturing plant 

will break ground on a new pre-engineered building manufacturing facility in Kheda, Gujarat, on October 9, marking a significant expansion in the state’s industrial landscape. The company announced the ₹70 crore investment Tuesday.

The facility, to be built on a 12-acre site, will have an installed capacity of 40,000 metric tonnes in its first phase and is expected to create over 400 direct and indirect jobs in the region. The plant’s strategic location near major ports will support both domestic operations and exports to international markets.

Manish Garg, CEO of Interarch Building Solutions, said the expansion completes the company’s pan-India manufacturing footprint and positions it to better serve high-growth sectors across West and Central India. The facility is being designed as one of the country’s most advanced PEB manufacturing plants, with emphasis on efficiency and automation.

Interarch, is currently executing several major projects in Gujarat, including India’s first semiconductor chip manufacturing unit in Sanand and a large tyre manufacturing facility in Bhuj. The company has previously worked with clients including Adani, Aditya Birla, Reliance Energy, and Asian Paints.

The new plant supports Interarch’s growth strategy, with the company targeting revenues of ₹2,400 crore by FY28, driven by expanding demand in renewables, electric vehicles, semiconductors, and data centres.

The shares of Interarch Building Solutions Limited were trading at ₹1,957.40 down by ₹29.60 or 1.49 per cent on the NSE at 2.05 pm.
