iSprout, an enterprise-driven workspace provider, has launched a 5.6 lakh sq. ft. enterprise-grade, fully managed office space at Minaas Towers here.
This expansion takes its total portfolio in the city to over 17 lakh sq. ft.
The facility features personalised floor layouts, branded environments, flexible expansion options, and a dedicated enterprise support team
In addition, Minaas Towers includes high-end restaurants, coffee shops, and other amenities.
iSprout is sharpening its focus on becoming the go-to provider of enterprise-scale office infrastructure.
It is targeting GCCs and enterprises with requirements ranging from 100 to over 3,000 seats, with long-term leases.
