The company plans to expand its network of (FPCs) from 25 to 50 and double its product portfolio from 100 to 200 items, while entering additional categories. It currently derives nearly 80–85% of its revenue from online channels and is now looking to strengthen its offline presence beyond Delhi-NCR to cities such as Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad.

The firm is also exploring export opportunities in the US and Middle East, although timelines remain uncertain amid geopolitical developments.

Nitin Puri, founder and CEO at KisaanSay, said the company is targeting a growing base of “conscious consumers” willing to pay a premium for authentic, single-origin food products, estimating the addressable market at $10–14 billion.

Over the next three to four years, the startup aims to scale into a Rs 1,000 crore business, leveraging initiatives such as the to connect farmers with markets and enhance rural incomes.
