Kalpataru Projects International Limited (KPIL) has secured new orders and notifications of awards worth approximately ₹2,957 crore, the company informed stock exchanges on Tuesday. The orders, won along with its international subsidiaries, span the company’s power transmission and distribution (T&D), buildings and factories (B&F), and water businesses.
The new orders include contracts in the T&D segment in India and overseas markets, orders in the B&F business within India, and a water sector order in the Middle East secured through a joint venture or consortium. The company stated that all the orders were received in the normal course of business.
Manish Mohnot, MD & CEO of KPIL, said the order wins reinforce the company’s market leadership in T&D in India and select global markets, while the B&F business wins from major clients reflect its execution capabilities. He described the Middle East water order as a significant milestone marking the company’s strategic entry into the region. Mohnot added that the company remains confident of meeting its growth targets for FY26-27, citing a diversified order book and strong business visibility.
KPIL, headquartered in Mumbai, is a diversified engineering, procurement and construction company with operations spanning power transmission and distribution, buildings and factories, water supply and treatment, railways, oil and gas infrastructure, urban mobility, highways and airports. For the year ended March 31, 2026, the company reported consolidated revenue of ₹27,143 crore, net profit of ₹1,031 crore, and an order book of ₹65,457 crore. It currently executes projects in over 25 countries and has a presence in more than 75 countries across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, the Americas and Europe.
On the NSE, KPIL shares were trading at ₹1,358.30, up 0.91%, as of 12.07 PM on Tuesday, against a previous close of ₹1,346.10.
