Food delivery and e-commerce platform magicpin on Monday announced the launch of AI Assistant ‘Vera’ for restaurants and retailers to gain real-time order volume insights for planning operations.
During the pre-launch trial phase, over 1,00,000 restaurants and retailers have already been on-boarded on ‘Vera’, magicpin stated.
The launch was brought forward due to a severe LPG crisis hitting food delivery partner restaurants across India, whereby magicpin provided real-time, AI-enabled support via Vera, it added.
The AI stack aims to reduce barriers for small businesses operating on thin margins by improving their online presence, thereby reaching more customers and driving revenue growth.
