While some stocks opened with significant premiums, others reflected cautious investor sentiment, highlighting the varied market response to new IPOs.
Fabtech Technologies: Hits lower circuit after flat lisitng
Shares of Fabtech Technologies Ltd, a turnkey engineering solutions provider for the pharmaceuticals, biotech and healthcare industry, tanked 5 per cent following a flat market debut on Tuesday.
The stock listed at par with the issue price of ₹191 on the , and at ₹192 on the NSE (up 0.52 per cent). It then fell 5 per cent to ₹181.45 on the BSE and to ₹182.40 on the NSE, being the lower bands.
The ₹230-cr received 2.03 times subscription on the last day of bidding. It was entirely a fresh issue of up to 1.2 crore equity shares, at a price band of ₹181-191 per share.
Glottis: Weak Market Debut
Glottis, a Chennai-based multimodal logistics company, had a disappointing market debut. Shares opened at ₹84 on the NSE and ₹88 on the BSE, both reflecting a 31-35 per cent discount to the IPO price of ₹129. The weak debut suggests investor concerns about the company’s fundamentals and market conditions.
The ₹307-crore share sale at a price band of ₹120-129 per share garnered 2.05 times subscription on the final day.
At 11.14 am, the stock soared to ₹91 mark on bourses, however below the issue price.
Suba Hotels: Strong debut
Suba Hotels, supported by investors Ashish Kacholia and Mukul Agrawal, had a strong debut on the NSE Emerge platform. Shares opened at ₹154.20, a 39 per cent premium over the IPO price of ₹111.
At 11.48 am, the stock scaled to its upper circuit of 161.90, trading with 46 per cent listing gains. The IPO received strong subscription of 15.33 times on the last day.
Vijaypd Ceutical: Flat
Shares of Vijaypd Ceutical debuted at par on the NSE Emerge platform at ₹35, same as the offer price. The ₹19.25-crore IPO of Vijaypd Ceutical received 1.37 times subscription on the last day, led by NII demand.
Sodhani Capital: Strong debut on BSE SME Platform
Sodhani Capital, a Jaipur-based mutual fund distributor, made a robust debut at 57 per cent premium on the BSE SME platform on October 7, 2025. The stock opened at ₹80 per share above the issue price of ₹51. The ₹10.71-cr IPO was subscribed 4.79 times, reflecting strong investor interest.
At 11.55 am, the stock traded at its upper circuit of ₹84.
Dhillon Freight Carrier: Modest listing
Dhillon Freight Carrier listed on the BSE SME platform at ₹57.6 per share, a 20 per cent discount to its IPO price of ₹72. The ₹10.08-crore IPO was subscribed 2.91 times, with significant participation from retail investors
Om Metallogic: Flat listing
Om Metallogic shares had a muted start on the BSE SME platform at ₹85 against the offer price of ₹86. The 22.35 crore IPO was booked 1.47 times on the closing day of bidding.
