MM Forgings Ltd has appointed R Raghunathan as the company’s Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel effective April 1, 2026. This follows the resignation of R Venkatakrishnan, who has been CFO and attained superannuation during May 2022.
Venkatakrishnan has been serving as the company’s CFO since April 2014. Considering his rich experience, the company continued to avail his services and has been serving as CFO for around four years post his retirement. In view of his age and health, and further to devote more time to his personal and family commitments, Venkatakrishnan communicated his intention to resign from his position as Chief Financial Officer of the company, says a stock exchange communication.
