Mufin Green Finance Limited has entered into a finance agreement with Finnish Fund for Industrial Cooperation Ltd (Finnfund) for a loan facility of up to $12 million, the company disclosed to stock exchanges.
The term loan will be utilized to finance the company’s onward lending business. Finnfund is a development finance company incorporated under Finnish laws and is majority-owned by the Government of Finland.
As part of the security arrangement, the lender will have a charge on identified loan receivables of Mufin Green Finance.
The finance agreement does not include special rights such as board appointments, first right to share subscription, or restrictions on capital structure changes.
The company confirmed that the transaction does not involve any related party arrangements, and Finnfund holds no shareholding in Mufin Green Finance.
