Myntra CEO Nandita Sinha set to exit amid leadership churn at Flipkart group

Nandita Sinha, chief executive officer of Flipkart-owned fashion e-tailer Myntra, is stepping down from her role, according to people aware of the development, marking another senior-level exit at the company and its parent ahead of a planned public listing.

Sinha, who has been with the Flipkart group for over a decade, took over as CEO of Myntra in 2022. Sharon Pais, currently heading Flipkart Fashion, is likely to take over the role. Pais had previously served as chief business officer at Myntra until November 2025, one of the persons cited above said.

Sinha’s departure comes at a time when Myntra and Flipkart are witnessing a series of top-level changes. In January, Myntra’s chief financial officer Abhishek Gupta resigned to join Livspace and was replaced by Kannan Ganesan, a former vice president at Flipkart. In March, Flipkart group CFO Sriram Venkatraman also stepped down and is expected to transition out over the coming months.

The leadership churn comes as Flipkart is preparing for a public listing over the next 12–15 months.

“We don’t comment on market speculation,” said the company in its official statement.

Key strategic initiatives

During her tenure, Sinha led several key strategic initiatives at Myntra aimed at strengthening its competitive position in India’s fast-evolving online fashion market. The company introduced 30-minute delivery services in select cities, marking its entry into the quick commerce space for fashion.

Myntra also expanded its international footprint under her leadership. The company launched Myntra Global, signalling its foray into overseas markets, and announced its entry into Singapore, targeting a diaspora of around 6.5 lakh Indians in the country. The move was aimed at taking Indian fashion brands to global consumers while diversifying revenue streams.

Operationally, Myntra has shown steady financial performance. The company reported revenue from operations of ₹6,042.7 crore in FY25 and posted a profit after tax of ₹548.3 crore.
