The ₹1,667 crore of has drawn healthy investor participation on its second day, with the issue subscribed 1.54 times.
According to exchange data, the non-institutional investor (NII) category led the response with 3.57 times subscription (as at 12.39 pm), followed by the retail portion at 1.53 times and the employee quota at 5.02 times. The qualified institutional buyer (QIB) segment, however, saw limited activity so far, with bids at just 0.03 times.
Orkla India, the company behind well-known brands such as MTR and Eastern Condiments, launched the IPO on October 29, 2025, at a price band of ₹695-730 per share. The issue is entirely an offer-for-sale (OFS) of up to 2.28 crore equity shares, without fresh issue component. It has a lot size of 20 shares. The company raised about ₹500 crore from anchor investors.
The IPO will conclude tomorrow, October 31, 2025. The stock will likely list on BSE and NSE on November 6, 2025.
