Pantomath Capital Advisors has appointed Hiren Raipancholia as Managing Director – Equity Capital Markets (ECM).
He has over 17 years of experience in ECM, with expertise in IPOs, QIPs, OFS, Preferential Issues, Rights Issues and Accelerated book-built deals.

Before joining Pantomath, he held senior positions in the ECM teams of Equirus Capital, HDFC Bank, JM Financials and IDFC Group.
Over the past nine months, Pantomath has demonstrated a consistent performance trajectory, led several well-received IPOs. Mahavir Lunawat, Founder and Chairman, Pantomath Capital Advisors said the deep ECM expertise and strong institutional relationship of Raipancholia will further strengthen syndication and distribution capabilities of the company.
