Q4 Results This Week: HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Wipro, Just Dial among 42 companies reporting

At least 42 listed companies are scheduled to announce their and full year ended March 31, 2026 (Q4 FY26) during the week of April 13–18, with marquee names including HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Wipro, and Just Dial drawing the most investor attention.

The biggest headline dates are Saturday, April 18, when private sector banking giants HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank will both release their audited standalone and consolidated earnings. Both boards are also expected to consider dividend recommendations for FY26. YES Bank will also report on the same day. HDFC Bank’s results will be the first under scrutiny since the resignation of part-time chairman Atanu Chakraborty in mid-March.

On April 16, IT bellwether Wipro will report quarterly earnings and its board may also consider a share buyback. Fellow April 16 reporters include HDFC Asset Management Company, HDFC Life Insurance, stock-rating firm CRISIL, stockbroker Angel One, and tobacco products maker VST Industries.

The week kicks off on April 13 with six companies: manpower and Innovision Ltd, auto engine maker Swaraj Engines, ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company, local search platform Just Dial, housing financier Ind Bank Housing, and industrial controls firm Continental Controls.

April 14 brings eight more companies to the earnings table, including cement maker Nuvoco Vistas Corporation, full-service brokerage Anand Rathi Share & Stock Brokers, cable operator Den Networks, and power producer Suryachakra Power Corporation. On April 15, HDB Financial Services — a recently listed NBFC subsidiary of HDFC Bank — along with ICICI Lombard General Insurance and Tejas Networks are among 12 companies reporting. IT services firm Mastek and Hathway Cable and Datacom report on April 17.
