Tensions in the Middle East deepened on Monday as QatarEnergy said it would stop producing liquefied natural gas (LNG) because of the ongoing conflict, according to AP.
The move takes one of the world’s biggest gas suppliers out of the market at a time when tensions are already running high. The company gave no date for resuming operations.
