Scoda Tubes IPO oversubscribed 19x by mid-day on final day, NII category leads demand 

Scoda Tubes’ initial public offering shows overwhelming investor response, achieving 19.17 times oversubscription as of 12.54 PM on the final day of bidding, May 30, 2025. The company received bids for 22.70 crore shares against the total offer of 1.18 crore shares.

The non-institutional investor category dominated demand with 54.38 times oversubscription, receiving bids worth 13.80 crore shares against allocation of 25.38 lakh shares. Within this segment, high-value investors bidding above ten lakh rupees showed particularly strong interest at 58.89 times oversubscription.

Retail individual investors subscribed 11.74 times their allocated portion of 59.23 lakh shares, with most retail bids placed at the cut-off price rather than specific price points. The qualified institutional buyer segment, reserved 33.84 lakh shares, was oversubscribed 5.76 times with foreign institutional investors contributing significantly to the demand.

, priced between ₹130-140 per share with a face value of ₹10, opened for subscription on May 28, 2025, and will close at 5 PM today. With over four hours of trading remaining, subscription numbers are expected to climb further.

The strong response across all investor categories indicates robust market appetite for the tube manufacturing company’s public debut, particularly among non-institutional and retail segments who showed exceptional enthusiasm for the offering.
