Sharon Pais takes over as Head of Myntra

Myntra has announced a leadership transition as Sharon Pais will be the head of Myntra and report to Kalyan Krishnamurthy, effective immediately, as Nandita Sinha has decided to move on from the company.

Sharon has worked closely with the Myntra and Flipkart Fashion teams over the years and brings a strong understanding of the business. Her appointment reflects continuity as Myntra builds on its current momentum.

She succeeds former CEO Nandita Sinha, who is set to leave the Flipkart group after nearly 13 years across roles, including a stint as Myntra’s CEO since 2022.

Kapil Thirani will lead Flipkart Fashion, reporting to Sakait Chaudhary, SVP and Head of Marketplace, Flipkart, and the company will initiate the process to identify a successor for the marketplace business.

Myntra continues to be a scaled and evolving platform with a strong foundation across customers, brands and partners, and will continue to focus on strengthening its position in the fashion and lifestyle space.

Kalyan Krishnamurthy, CEO, Flipkart Group, said, “Myntra has built a strong position in the fashion and lifestyle space over the years. Sharon has worked closely with the team and understands the business well. This change reflects the depth of our internal leadership and our continued focus on execution. I thank Nandita for her contributions and wish her the very best for the future.”

“Serving Myntra has been a rewarding journey, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to build alongside an exceptional team and ecosystem. I wish the team continued success in the years ahead,” said Nandita Sinha.
