WhiteOak Capital India Opportunities Fund has made a pre- investment of ₹50 crore in Tempsens Instruments (India), a thermal engineering and specialised cable manufacturer.
It was allocated 20,16,651 equity shares at ₹247.94 per equity share each aggregating to ₹50 crore.
