Velox Shipping and Logistics Ltd has signed an agreement with Consolidated Container Shipping Line LLC Dubai for the purchase of a 98 per cent stake following the completion of the procedural requirements. The CCSL Dubai is engaged in providing services of cargo packaging, sea cargo services, sea shipping line agents, sea containers loading and unloading services, other related freight and logistics related activities.
The Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd has contracted to buy a secondhand Very Large Gas Carrier of about 84,048 cbm on December 19, 2025. The 2015 South Korean-built vessel is expected to join the Company’s fleet in Q4 FY26. The proposed vessel will be financed entirely from internal accruals. The purpose of the acquisition is expansion of the fleet.
